Your Career

As a Business Analyst Intern in the Global Customer Support (GCS) Operations team, you will have the opportunity to support the GCS organization in delivering high-quality services for our customers with predictability. You will bring order to chaos by thinking holistically and working cross-functionally to design and improve the Operations team processes. You are comfortable working with both highly technical and non-technical disciplines to ensure that business requirements are transformed into appropriate outputs and results.

We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can take something from idea to execution with ease. Specifically, within the GCS Operations team, we encourage hands-on work and really owning and understanding the systems we support and the business we serve.

Our global internship program trains the next generation of cybersecurity talent across a range of specializations, from threat intelligence to information security, engineering, and marketing. Interns and recent graduates can learn about the network security industry from leading thinkers, grow their professional networks, and be part of a career-defining experience.

Our Summer Internship Program from May-August or June-September provides you:

  • The opportunity to expand your knowledge and work on challenging projects
  • Connections to other recent grads, and employees across the company as well as our leaders

Your Impact

  • Evolve and document GCS Operations processes
  • Participate in design reviews to communicate business requirements and validate proposed solutions
  • Assist with meeting facilitation by sending meeting agendas, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking assigned team actions
  • Learn and support administrative tasks in the Clarizen project management tool
  • Learn and develop Clarizen and SalesForce reports and dashboards for the management team

Your Experience

  • Interest in Information Technology Business Administration is required
  • Interest in understanding business needs and mapping to technical requirements
  • Interest/willingness to learn about cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Experience leading projects is a plus

Requirements – To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree, a 2-year Master’s Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall. You must have the authorization to work within the United States.
