Our Human Resources Director acts as a senior advisor and counsel to the Vice President/General Manager of Pall Corporation. The Director of Human Resources supporting Fluid Technology and Asset Protection will be responsible for the short term and long term strategic leadership of all aspects of HR management within this $ 600M Pall Corp. Business Unit inclusive of 2000 employees globally.
Partner with leaders to identify, prioritize and build interpersonal capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Oversee the annual HR Plan in partnership with the business and HR functions, ensuring teamwork and support is given in achieving the plan.
Partner with leaders on evaluating changes within their teams to improve efficiency and delivery, developing business cases, and communication planning and delivery. Advise and lead change management efforts aligned to client group strategic objectives.
Champion the company’s values and culture partnering with business leaders, COE’ s and HRBPs to drive high quality execution of programs such as leadership planning, recruiting, talent development, compensation planning, performance management, health and wellness programs and engagement.
Work with business leaders on initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of key talent. Facilitate effective communication channels between leaders and associates. Sponsor and drive events and programs designed to increase employee engagement.
Support Employee Relations/Compliance (15%): Guarantee adherence with federal & local employment law. Comply with all corporate and local policies including the Ethics & Compliance Program. Assure accurate affirmative action record keeping and timely local plan administration. Assure employee data and records are accurately maintained. Collaborate with and advise business managers on disciplinary process and risk assessment on employee relations and performance related issues. Advise on global employee matters. Conduct investigations on hotline reports as necessary. Liaison with Employment Counsel.
Partner with Total Rewards and HR Centers of Excellence demonstrating and implementing total reward programs including merit review; equity planning; bonus planning; promotions; special adjustments.
Job RequirementsMinimum of ten (10) years Human Resources management and leadership experience to include at least five years leading organizations with a multisite global presence.
Current or recent experience in a Human Resources leadership role for a global manufacturing, B2B industry leader. This would include diversified businesses with employee count to 10,000 +. Strong preference for Oil and Gas industry knowledge.
Must have exceptional business coaching skills as well as proven experience in learning business challenges quickly and drive HR programs alongside business objectives. Ability to understand financial objectives and interpret complex business goals.
Must be located or willing to relocate to the greater Orlando / Deland Florida area
Must have ability to travel 30-40 % domestic and international.
Proven experience in running an HR organization that utilizes Lean or Kaizen standard methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree preferred as well as industry certifications (SPHR) is desired
Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources, including: talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design/development, succession planning, leadership development, compensation, compliance, planning, M&A due diligence and integration, employee communications; training and development and employee relations. Knowledge of US employment laws and relevant institutions.
Business Savvy with knowledge that includes value added perspective, financial awareness / budget and cost control, strategic focus with diverse business experience. Strong command of Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint; Excel, Word

Proven human resource business partner experience, with an excellent sense of operations, scientific as well as commercial activities and an appreciation for the interplay between the groups.
