Our Consulting team based in Moscow are looking for a passionate, curious and entrepreneurial Consultant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partnering with client’s stakeholders to identify their needs, finding most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations;
• Performing strategic analyses, managing modules of projects and supervising the work of business analysts;
• Preparing quantitative and qualitative analyses to a specific brief using internal and external information sources
• Participating in preparation of strategic recommendations based on conducted analyses;
• Creating offers, reports, presentations and other client deliverables;
• Contributes to generate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads
• Provides follow-up with client after project deliverables are complete to ensure client satisfaction.
• Works independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members and providing them with direction and guidance
• Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and IQVIA proprietary data sources Contributing to creating new solutions and products in response to client needs and market trends.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• MSc degree preferably in Economics, Mathematical statistics or Computer Science;
• 3+ years of consulting work experience with a management consulting firm
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations;
• Very good knowledge of strategic project management methodology or data analysis techniques
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point, experience with MS Access would be an additional asset;
• Proficiency in English;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience and ability to conduct presentations and workshops;
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and life sciences sector would be a plus.
• Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
