Juno Therapeutics is a clinical-stage company developing novel cellular immunotherapies based on two distinct and complementary platforms – Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) and T Cell Receptors (TCRs) technologies. - Perform routine QC testing on raw materials, IPC samples, Product and stability samples according to established SOPs and standards
- Assessment of analytical results and GMP state of the art documentation
- Analytical test method development, supporting test method transfers, method qualification/validation
- Perform equipment qualification, reagent preparation, issuance of laboratory documents and other tasks necessary to perform testing in the laboratory
- Write test methods, equipment SOPs and other relevant QC documents
- Perform lab investigations according to established standards
Job Description:
- Experience with test methods such as HPLC, UV absorption, SDS-PAGE and other techniques used in protein analytical testing. Knowledge in flow cytometry/FACS testing would be beneficial.
- Good written and spoken knowledge in English
- Experience in different PC based software evaluation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast developing environment, according to set priorities and timelines
Basic Qualifications:
- Laboratory Technician degree (CTA, BTA etc.) with relevant experience in quality control Additional GMP experience is highly appreciated but not mandatory
