Job Title: CFE Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Purpose and Objective:
SuccessFactors. Inc seeks a CFE Manager at our Pittsburgh, PA location to be responsible for the deployment and/or the ongoing support of cloud based products and solutions, including management of the customer relationship during initial design and implementation, and throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement.
Expectations and Tasks:
Responsible for deployment including assessing customer needs; managing project plans for the solution for the client; suggesting and utilizing best practices from other client situations; ensuring quality of deployment and any escalations; and ensuring timeliness of delivery and deployment. Responsible for team management including ensuring knowledge sharing amongst colleagues and document best practices; assigning targets and setting priorities; encouraging people to take ownership; being there when necessary to decide, to backup or to help refocus; encourage individuals to broaden and make use of their network, respect different opinions, diverse cultures and values, and work to overcome organizational boundaries and silo thinking; coaching people on their individual development and career opportunities and acting as a mentor; developing and evaluating skill set requirements; and managing resource allocation and forecasting demand needs to fulfill project requirements. Serve as a Liaison with Customer Enablement and Customer Technical management. Also responsible for communication and support of cooperation among various organizations and for customer and third party problem resolution. 20% travel required.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years of experience required, or alternatively, a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.
Work Experience:
Experience must include 5 years involving the following: leading software workshops, gap analysis, and requirements gathering; suite of applications for employee/manager/HR service center to log into the portal and perform various services for the employee such as hire, rehire, transfer, pay change, shift change, and termination; managing resource allocation and forecasting demand needs to fulfill project requirements; working with sales and presales team for RFPs and ROM estimations; ABAP development experience including reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms and workflow (RICEFW), and BAPI’s and BADI’s; providing on-going support of cloud based products; and implementing processes across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP). 20% travel required.
