The Physical Production Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the Director of Physical Production and the Production Team.
Proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, strong attention to details, and able to handle multiple responsibilities. This is an ever-changing and fast-moving environment that requires someone who can remain positive while able to use good judgement and communication.
Responsibilities :

• Provide support to Director of Physical Production enabling them to complete their work in a timely manner. This would include the day-to-day needs of the productions in during prep, pre-production & production in whatever is necessary to support the productions and the department
• Assist in managing the production office space set up and reset as productions come and go. Help coordinate conference rooms, furniture requests, etc. as needed to accommodate each production’s needs. This will sometimes include searching for available office space (off the lot) in the Burbank area
• Coordinate onboarding process for production crew with UARF forms, badges, parking & drive-ons
• Arrange, coordinate and confirm all travel arrangements for productions as required. This will include domestic and international travel for productions, location scouts, executives, vfx, and post production
• Assist is setting up accounts such as Scenechronize, ESN, Office Depot
• Update the production manual with new guidelines
• Set up, schedule and coordinate round robin meetings during preproduction for each production
• Coordinate special projects as requested

Basic Qualifications :

• Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at various stages of production
• Available to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters especially when dealing with other countries. Travel will involve occasional weekend work
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities and work styles
• High level of initiative, flexibility and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in feature production preferred

• BA/BS Degree
