Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months

Purpose & Objective of Position

• Objective is to provide administrative support the SAP/Customer Project Management Office at the Delaware Port Authority where we are implementing full-suite Ariba, SuccessFactors, and beginning in May S/4HANA.

Expectations & Tasks

• Coordination of customer facing meetings, keeping and validation of meeting minutes, coordination and reconciliation of issue log and risk register across workstream Project Managers. Assistance with weekly status reporting. Other tasks as assigned by DVP, PgM, and/or APM.

Skills / Competencies

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint desirable.

Educational Requirements

• 4-year degree (achieved or in-process) in business administration, information systems, computer science, or equivalent. Project Management Certification desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, business acumen, ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
