Primary Focus: Fiber Digital Campaign and Customer Experience Development and Execution
CenturyLink is looking for an experienced digital marketer to grow adoption of Fiber Internet service among residential consumers (both single family and multi-dwelling) - via the CenturyLink website and app, specifically - and to support business decisions for future deployments. This position will develop, implement and support digital marketing tactics that drive world-class experiences working with our internal and external business partners to meet CenturyLink revenue targets within the fiber footprint. The Senior Lead Marketing Manager will work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to trial campaign tactics, programs, special offers, and enhanced CX journeys to achieve digital targets in our Fiber footprint.
In the Senior Lead Marketing Manager role, you will craft the most compelling digital marketing campaigns and customer experience strategies to accelerate penetration of our flagship product within our expansion areas and our existing Fiber footprint . The successful candidate will share and deliver against high expectations for measurement of marketing activities – defining success metrics, methods of measurement and reporting processes for their programs. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to create top performing digital marketing plans and web/app experiences and see them through to execution.
The Senior Lead Marketing Manager will serve as the Fiber Product Owner on small, cross-functional teams and will be responsible for defining business requirements to drive improvement in Fiber customer support and Fiber sales conversion across our digital ecosystem. In articulating effective business requirements, the candidate must be able to represent and advocate on behalf of the voice of the consumer, while also understanding and navigating IT development cycles. They must have excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at achieving results through others.
The candidate will identify, test, execute and optimize breakthrough marketing campaigns and digital channel enhancements - including messages and experiences that reach the target audience and ultimately drive preference, purchase and loyalty - and report key KPIs.
