Job Description
Theatrical sales support working across the full Disney movie portfolio including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucas Film, 20th Century Fox & Fox Searchlight. Working in ANZ Studio Distribution and Operations team – support and implement plans with exhibition partners, manage operational requirements for selected films and manage key reports and trackers within the sales team.
Responsibilities : Sales Distribution & Operations
- Management of selected independent and sub-run exhibition partners across Australia – managing sell in, bookings, policy and weekly sessions with selected cinema partners
- Ensure all bookings are made in an expedient manner on all internal systems
- Working with Senior Sales Manager support the creation of Sales trackers and pre-sale reporting
- Conduct ongoing reviews of figures to create Insight and analysis to aide planning and presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with exhibitor contacts
- Work closely with Finance & Theatrical Sales teams to ensure invoices are processed on time
- Build weekly sales performance charts and reviews
Sales Operations
- Support Theatrical Operations Manager across Searchlight portfolio to ensure films are distributed and accurately set up on all systems to ensure seamless delivery to exhibition
- Work with key content replication partners to ensure all aspects are set up on internal systems
- Tracking of orders and deliveries for all films
- Input and track screening details on systems for all preview, classification and media screenings
- Point of Sale and Marketing material ordering and distribution management
- Support with trade event content creation requirements
- Management of internal screening room
Trade Marketing Implementation
- Support Exhibition Marketing team with any implementation requirements – for example promotional activations / distribution of merchandise or materials Team & Stakeholder Management
External
- Exhibitors across the ANZ landscape
- Key distribution partners across ANZ
Basic Qualifications : - Minimum 2 years Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing experience, preferably in a theatrical or retail environment
- Experience in supporting sales strategies by channel or exhibitor/retailer
- Demonstrated experience in marketing communications and relationship based or consultative selling
- Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration abilities
