The Enterprise Workforce Planning and Forecasting Organization is currently seeking a Mid-level Workforce Planning Specialist to join their team. You will be a key member of the team developing the tools and processes for Workforce Planning and Forecasting capability across the Boeing Organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and designs and assist with the implementation of supporting systems and processes
  • Represent findings to senior leadership in compelling ways and articulate implications in easy to understand (accessible) mediums for impacted stakeholders
  • Establish workforce forecasting tools in order to collect data, develop/generate reports and analyze data to forecast staffing needs, improve business operations or provide context or information to leadership
  • Embrace diverse perspectives and stretch awareness of what’s possible to continually drive the organization forward
  • Work with speed and agility to drive projects to completion and have a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Exhibit excellent organization, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Collaborate across business units and functions
  • Collect, analyze, document, and integrate requirements from multiple process owners
  • Manage the accuracy of deliverables and results, and communicates to all stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working across multiple business units with key stakeholders
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Exposure to SAFe/Agile methodologies
  • Experience utilizing Workday
  • Exposure to multiple levels of an Human Resources organization including, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and talent acquisition

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
