Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

CRM Operations: Support the execution of email / push / in-product messaging for recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns:

    • Coordinate timing, assets, and plans between stakeholders and the Operations team
    • Create concessions, tracking for URLs, and other back-end items needed to create campaigns
    • Maintain presentations with latest email screenshots and sending details
    • Manage segments, dynamic lists, and naming/organization for email/push campaigns in Braze (our Email Service Provider)
    • Test, provide feedback, and help troubleshoot email and push programs

You Should Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in email or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with ESP (i.e. Braze, Responsys, Iterable, ExactTarget, Adobe Campaign)
  • Attention to detail is absolutely must-have
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications, organization, teamwork and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
