• Integral member of the Op’s Transformation governance team responsible for executive support as it relates to benefits forecasting, reporting automation, KPI dashboards, executive scorecards and overall results monitoring.
• Successful candidate will possess strong analytical, programming and automation skills with expertise in data modeling.

• Utilizes data driven forecasting techniques (i.e. linear, seasonal, statistical modeling) to produce benefit forecasts using given variables (i.e. qualitive, quantitative)
• Develops comprehensive business cases that detail the cost / benefit analysis of proposed initiatives to help drive product and program strategy
• Creates and maintains business case reporting that identifies forecasted vs. actual performance trends
• Monitors performance trends and acts to quickly identify drivers of underperforming forecasted benefits
• Automates reporting by creating coding scripts that pull data directly from source systems on scheduled intervals
• Pulls data from various systems and sources utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access, SQL queries, scripting and data mining to create executive scorecards highlighting KPI performance

• Extensive experience in benefits forecasting using qualitative techniques, time series analysis and projection and causal models
• Experience with data mining, JSON, Oracle, MySQL, AVAYA, RX, Linux and WebFocus
• Programming skills in HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS, Python and VBA
• Background in data science preferred
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance trends and drivers
• Exhibits good business judgement with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve business problems
• 6+ years related experience with Bachelors
• 4+ years related experience with Masters
