Trade Compliance Coordinator

Job Description

Summary

Support internal office and Asia trade/ free trade agreement related documentation and functions, and conduct document audits for related vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain good FTA documentations records and ensure its compliance.
• Support the knowledge updates on trade agreements, trade compliance and other international trade developments.
• Liaise with related stakeholders like vendors, customs brokers, logistics service providers, and internal customers on FTA/ trade related inquiries.
• Issue expense offsets to vendors for non-compliance offences.
• Prepare and publish regular reports.
• Participate in FTA/ trade related research or projects as business needs.

Educations and/or Experience

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma holder or above.
• 1-2 years working experience in preferably apparel, accessories or footwear business.
• Familiar with international shipping and manufacturing processes.
• Detail-oriented, good team player with good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese.
• Good computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
