The Producer role at BVA is a strategic fusion of multiple roles intended to serve one major purpose: generate, execute, and deliver amazing work for our clients. Just as in film, a producer is responsible for all aspects of the production of a deliverable. From the genesis of ideas and initiatives to the delivery of a finished product - the producer owns it all. This means a producer will assume many roles, including business analyst, coach, strategist, and project manager. ***Please note, BVAccel is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time***

What you'll do...

    • Serve as a main client interface on projects and clarify strategic requirements, owning the recommended strategy and client satisfaction by continuously gaining an understanding of the client’s history, brand, competition, and opportunities for growth
    • Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with clients and the internal team, ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project including including documentation, call agendas, presentations and success reporting
    • Serve as an escalation point and liaison between client and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables
    • Create actionable roadmaps and QA process for your production team to achieve client strategies, owning timeline, deliverables, resources and day-to-day project-related activities
    • Own overall quality of agile team output, reallocating resources and work according to evolving priorities; effectively manages resources & capacity planning, tracks change orders, upsells, and all client billing
    • Closely monitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues.
    • Actively own and be accountable for client relationships, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource consumption, financial reporting and billing.
    • Mitigates churn and increases client retention through effective strategy and ROI
    • Additional duties as needed

What you'll need...

    • Experience with one or more of the following: launching a digital product, launching a marketing campaign, concepting digital or traditional campaigns, strategy, project management, production, or account management
    • An understanding of the agency environment, execution of creative projects, and digital technologies and trends.
    • The ability communicate and code switch for various internal and external audiences
    • Excitement around complexity, challenge, creativity, strategic thinking and organization
    • Experience/Exposure in executing detailed decision making in the interest of big-picture objectives
    • Passion, Hunger, Patience, Persistence, Humility, Curiosity
    • Able and willing to occasionally travel
