As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as a coach, project manager, consultant and product expert for our strategic clients, enabling key stakeholders to be successful with Looker by helping them build a data-centric culture within their organizations. This is an exceptionally important role for our growing team and you will be a key contributor to the success of Looker. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

    • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, helping onboard them and driving their adoption of Looker so that they successfully renew
    • Build a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders and executive sponsors in those accounts to drive the business value of Looker
    • Help stakeholders adopt the right change management strategies to revolutionize how they use data
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to them by identifying the optimal way to realise their business aims using Looker product functionality
    • Partner closely with members of other Looker teams supporting our client’s technical needs
    • Be an internal advocate for customer needs and feature requests across our Product, Engineering, Sales and Support teams
    • Help drive customer references and case studies

WHAT YOU BRING TO LOOKER

    • 2+ years experience in Customer Success or Client Services driving the adoption of technical products by fast-paced enterprise organizations
    • Excellent client management abilities, including outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders
    • Great project management skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver change management programs successfully
    • The ability to assimilate complex information quickly, including being able to translate between business and technical terms to creatively find solutions for our customers
    • Flexibility to travel regularly to meet customers on-site
    • A customer-centric personality that is reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile
