Join us as a Maximo Power User and you'll be lookin at a career-defining role based in Baltimore, Maryland.
As a Maximo Power User you will be responsible for the Maximo Software optimization to ensure that site management and software users are provided with all the necessary information and technical support to profiently use the software and improve the delivery of services. You also will lead the training, communication of Maximo as well as control the software performance indicators and upgrades.
Your responsibilities will include:

Continuously audit and improve the Maximo database and the business processes;

Review and recommend upgrade to software based on needs of site Management to meet customer expectations;

Develop implementation process for Maximo at new sites and follow-up on implementation;

Develop training guides and users manual;

Monitor Maximo Software usage and storage capabilities in order to optimize system;

Develop Maximo reports and workflow for while meeting standardization guidelines;
-
Produce reliability KPIs from Maximo monthly and participate to the reliability board to improve on time performance and customer satisfaction;

Interface with the Maximo Competency Center in order to maintain system current at all sites;

Participate in Maximo competency committee as required.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a related field;
Proficent in Maximo and Microsoft office;
Be process and customer oriented;
Excellent Analytical skills and great sense of organization.
