Purpose and Objective:

Ariba, Inc seeks a Business Processes Associate Consultant at our Alpharetta, GA (and various client sites nationwide) location to assist clients with the design and implementation Ariba solutions.

Expectations and Tasks:

Assisting client in analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of the software solution and associated business processes. Providing customer focused delivery and Ariba solution expertise. Delivering sound, quality tasks and deliverables on time and within budget. Working with appropriate application of Ariba Enterprise Spend Management suite in tandem with Ariba’s varied service offerings. Assisting fellow team members and customers throughout the various phases of Ariba’s implementation methodology using the Ariba consulting deployment process. Assisting with solution design, business rule development, user interface configuration, external system integration, user and supplier set-up, client change management, technical/end-user training and project management. Acting as a liaison between the customer and various groups within Ariba such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management. Applying knowledge of Ariba solution functionality to support deployments. Ensuring client success within the realm and scope of the Statement of Work (SOW). 80% travel required to various client sites nationwide.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study and 1 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 0 years of experience.

Work Experience:

Experience or course work must include ERP (Oracle/SAP); Data Analysis; and Project Management. 80% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
