Purpose and Objectives:
The SAP Ariba Operational Procurement Consultant is expected to have business knowledge and experience in the areas of:

• Operationalization of contracts for compliance and benefits tracking
• Develop and strategize content creation to ease end user experience in purchasing
• Ability to design procurement processes from requisition to receiving across goods as well as services for multiple procurement categories
• Design and automate accounts payable reconciliations processes with tax validation
• Strategize vendor enablement for electronic transactions and define appropriate channels for supplier interaction
• Procurement transformation and category management using our solutions in providing industry leading practices and an ability to work with minimal supervision working directly with our customers.
• Ability to operate across multiple teams (locally and remote) covering business-functional and technical areas.

This role requires experience across Ariba Contracts Compliance, Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Network with a view to expand knowledge to other areas such as Guided Buying, Procurement Desk, Spot Buy, Invoice Conversion, etc.
Lead business conversations - In this role you will be leading business conversations with customers about implementing and adopting solutions. This includes but not limited to

• Running workshops
• Documenting solution blueprints
• Completing configuration workbooks
• Learning product functionality
• Supporting the testing and facilitation of training sessions.
• Project Management Duties

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree desirable
• Ability to travel 85%
