What We're Looking For: Domio is looking for a seasoned Hotel Manager to join our Operations team. This person will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our 50 room hotel in the Central Business District and will lead their team to consistently deliver delightful guest experiences. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the financial performance of their property and will work closely with the market’s Head of Operations.

At Domio You Will:

    • Manage all housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and inventory control operations, ensuring a consistent result
    • Ensure budget goals are achieved with industry leading metrics
    • Lead and inspire your team to ensure a high level of engagement and exceptional individual service style
    • Play a key role in team development and training, both pre-opening and on an ongoing basis
    • Meet and exceed Guest Review and NPS goals
    • Oversee guest feedback reporting and operational department responses
    • Be hands-on and willing to regularly work both front and back of house
    • Responsible for departmental scheduling, hiring, and performance management
    • Role model Domio’s values and behavior

Who You Are:

    • 3+ years of Hospitality Operations experience with exposure to both Housekeeping and Rooms Operations
    • Must be an effective leader with proven results and have experience building out teams
    • Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
    • Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email
    • Must be self-driven and motivated
    • Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
