Job Description

We have several open customer service and patient services roles within our team, and we’re looking for folks who have a passion for helping others. These key team members ensure CoverMyMeds' service is easy to use and hassle-free, wowing our users by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and quick answers to every question.

What You'll Do

We have several open roles on our team. Our team members work in a variety of capacities, but here are some of the duties of our team members. Note that not all responsibilities will apply to every role within our team:

  • Provide exceptional inbound and outbound account support over phone, email, and web-based chat
  • Work through a variety of time-sensitive projects on a daily basis
  • Manage existing user accounts, analyze usage, and collect feedback to improve/enhance our service
  • Operate as the expert on specific medications with the task of ensuring patients get cleared for therapy as quickly as possible
  • Document activity and communicate unusual or unexpected outcomes to improve workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate insights through cross-collaboration with other teams within the company
  • Identify, quantify, and socialize insights drawn from day-to-day work in a way that is actionable and provides value to the customer and end user
  • Stay up-to-date on changing procedures and workflows
  • Coordinate webinars and provide expert knowledge on how to use our software

You are friendly, outgoing, and prefer to work with a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are patient, adaptable, and flexible. You are enthusiastic about understanding user needs and showing how CoverMyMeds can help.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Drive and initiative to understand the full scope of work and process
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Eager to learn about healthcare technology and gain personal and professional growth
  • Record of success in customer service; experience in healthcare a plus
  • Adaptable and able to work a flexible, yet consistent schedule to help support our users during our hours of operation (Monday - Friday: 8AM EST - 11PM EST, Saturday: 8AM EST - 6PM EST).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
