As an Engineering Manager at Domino, you’ll build and lead a team of 5-10 engineers to own the implementation and delivery of a core part of our platform. Working closely with your direct reports, product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other engineering teams, you’ll need to integrate your talents for people, process, and technology to deliver high-quality software that helps us realize our vision. Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a team of hardworking and motivated engineers with high expectations for impact and ownership
• Help craft technical and product strategy including defining technical architecture
• Drive all aspects of software development, from definition & design, through development & testing and eventual release
• Ensure your team develops high quality code and extraordinary output
• Partner closely with product management to ensure delivery against the product roadmap

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• Prior experience as a software developer
• Work experience in enterprise software
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding or equivalent technical experience
