As a Customer Contract Specialist, your role involves the day to day functions of HubSpot’s billing and contracts, including the ability to solve a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
This role requires the ability to solve complex billing issues that require extensive analysis while moving through different scenarios and systems. You will work in conjunction with other internal teams including Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, Sales and Renewal Management, as well as partnering with Business Enablement on ways to enhance our billing infrastructure.
We’re looking for a quick learner who is capable of grasping and retaining information in a high volume transactional environment that’s constantly changing.
