Role Description
We’re looking for a seasoned, driven and collaborative HR Ops Project Manager to join the People team and deliver impactful HR projects and technology solutions. With the GPS team, you will join a hardworking group of Dropboxers to drive implantation of operational project inventory, dashboards and deliver an excellent employee experience with strong vendor partnership.
Responsibilities
- Project Inventory and Dashboard - You will create and implement HR Ops project inventory and dashboards outlining performance landscape, capacity and risk areas
- Project Management - You will lead cross-functional HR Ops project work on the improvement of both operational efficiencies and employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, global mobility, HR ticket system improvement, and case management technology solutions
- People Management - You will coach and lead team members, playing an active role in developing expertise
- Vendor Management - You will manage HR Ops vendor selection and ongoing evaluation process including RFPs, scorecards and QBRs (our quarterly service evaluation process)
- Project Profile Scorecard Management - You will manage HR Ops project profiles in JIRA and produce insightful dashboard to improve project management, prioritization and resource allocation
- Partnership - You will partner with the HR Business Partners, ITS Technology, Payroll, Finance and Legal team to lead process improvements and be a key partner across our HR Ops programs, data reporting, processes, and systems
- Change Management - You will lead change management to ensure new processes/technology lands well with Dropboxers and the People team. Own and deliver user-friendly training and job-aid resources on new technology, process updates, as well as existing HR standards, operating procedures, processes, policies, and playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of overall HR Operations project management and process improvement experience
- 2+ years of Vendor Management experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent teammate with collaborative approach
- Able to work in a dynamic, rapid-changing environment by prioritizing situations which require sense of urgency
- Ambitious with ability to work independently, achieve goals with ambiguity, prioritize work, implementing structure and transparency to a process/program.
- Proficiency in JIRA, MS office (especially Excel), Gmail and Zendesk/Ticket Management System
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
