Credit Karma is looking for a Manager, AV Engineering. We have a passion for helping people make financial progress. We’ve helped over 100 million members better understand their finances through free access to credit scores, reports, tools, education — and even free tax filing. In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s AV portfolio operations, maintenance, and strategic direction. This is a hands on job requiring both people and technical skills. *Banking services provided by MVB Bank, Inc., Member FDIC

What you’ll do:

    • Oversee the management of the daily operations of our collaboration technology portfolio-- including conference rooms, event spaces, digital signage, lobby signage, visitor management system, telephony, and conference room calendaring tool.
    • Provide technical strategy and direction to the team
    • People care: One-on-Ones, performance feedback, training, and growing members of the AV team
    • Identify continuous process and technical improvements in order to provide seamless customer service
    • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners
    • Tracks industry trends and technology, conducts research, and maintains knowledge base of new technologies to provide strategic direction to the organization and optimal solutions for specific use cases

What we expect:

    • 4+ years of technical experience in the AV industry with previous supervisory/management experience
    • CTS certification
    • Strong attention to detail and is able to consistently meet deadlines
    • Self-starter and ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to demonstrate our values of helpfulness, openness, progress, and empathy
    • autoCAD experience a plus
