Legal Function - Brand Protection Manager – Forensic

Job Description

• Assist to handle Greater China Brand Protection Lab with meaningful work, such as product identification, issue supporting document against corresponding law enforcement actions or authority, anti-counterfeit solution development.
• Study features while outlook or package changing, update product identification knowledges. Provide training to brand protection teammates and third-party investigators, to ensure product identification result accuracy
• Co-work with engineering colleagues to develop advanced anti-counterfeit solutions to make product easy to detect and hard to copy.
• Responsible for brand protection field activities, provide forensic support to all directed investigative efforts and sightings to ensure the quality, validity, and appropriate scope of the investigation.
• Make regular market visit and participate enforcement actions to understand the counterfeit intelligence, ensure action response and accurate recorded of data in the field
• Report all results and intelligence on a regular basis within brand protection databases, data analysis and share valuable intelligence with teammates for further investigation directions
• Develop relationships with customs and law enforcement within the Region. Provide P&G product knowledge training to government officials.

Work Location: Guangzhou - Huangpu Plant

• Have knowledge and experience of physicochemical lab is helpful
• Chemical, Science and Engineering background is preferred
• Willing to develop brand protection career in future
• Collaboration and communication skill for working with multiple internal and external partners
• Proficiency in spoken and written English skill
