Purpose of the Role

Responsible for the daily Management and maintenance of the Company Mobile phone contract, including direct liaison, procurement, spend analysis and dissemination of monthly
reports. This key duty requires daily engagement with both internal and external customers.

  • Responsible for the daily fleet Management and maintenance of the Company Car contract, duties include daily interface with the service
  • provider, processing of orders, eligibility and all other car arrangements on behalf of the internal customer.
  • The supervision and administration of all access control for Spain associates and the compilation of externally audited monthly access reports and eligibility.
  • The procurement and provision of company identification cards for CDK associates and visits.
  • The management and maintenance of all facilities vendors, including the contract management,
  • Fire and First Aid Marshalls. Maintaining correct numbers of competent persons and notifying departments of pending shortfalls, to ensure
  • organisational compliance by supervising the training, records and inventory procurement.
  • To build and foster mutually beneficial working relationships with both internal customers and our service providers and provide direct
  • administrative support to the Facilities Department and wider organisation.
