Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Cary, North Carolina)
Duties: Act as primary liaison between business partners, application development, and testing support teams. Manage user expectations and requirements scope. Provide technical guidance on the business implications of application development projects and conduct business and strategy analysis, planning, and monitoring. Analyze complex company systems, define requirements, and create plans to address changes through technology. Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for project initiatives and participate in change management activities. Monitor and track open items and work stream tasks to resolution. Provide estimates for business systems analysts work efforts on new projects and ongoing forecasting. Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs and respond to test team ambiguity review questions. Lead sophisticated functional documentation design, including use cases, functional specifications, reports and screen prototypes. Assist with the creation of required testing artifacts and coordinate testing with the Quality Assurance (QA) Team. Work with project managers, architects, developers, test team, business users, business analysts, and vendors. Contribute to user guides, reference manuals, training materials, and code release artifacts. Participate in fit/gap analysis of functional requirements and work with project managers to ensure compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
