NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Support Analyst to join our team in Portland , Oregon (US-OR) , United States (US) .

Duties include:
• Provide support to the Program-Project Manager to execute a project by leading the team to achieve stated project outcomes
• Support the development of project plans that are approved by project sponsors, including project schedule, communications plan, risk and issue management plan, stakeholder management plan, etc.
• Assess adherence to established project plans as needed to effectively execute the project
• Assess the project schedule, including evaluating the ability of the team to meet the schedule
• Identify mitigations as needed to ensure the project remains on schedule
• Perform quality review of project deliverables and make recommendations for quality, completeness, compliance, and accuracy
• Assess client business needs and develop approaches to achieve desired outcomes
• Perform risk assessments
• Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop remediation strategies to enable project success
• Evaluate impacts to external stakeholders and interfacing systems
• Provide advisory services to assist clients with their understanding of the process and project management
• Attend project meetings and produce meeting records
• Produce written status reports
• Facilitate project and team-level status meetings

Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project environment that includes requirements, design, testing, implementation
• Exposure to IT projects specifically related to public sector contracting, preferably State government
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with State government contracting, including the Request for Proposals (RFP) and competitive bidding process
• Formal presentations, including presentations to various levels of management, including executive leadership
• Specialized expertise in health and human services, employment department, revenue, State corrections, or other areas of state and local government
• Contract Administration
• Vendor Management
• Experience with industry standards and best practices
