NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Procurement - Order Management Analyst to join our team in San Diego , California (US-CA) , United States (US) .

This position supports critical Order Management related applications and business processes such as Purchasing, Warehousing, EDI, Projects, ERPLN, Baan ERP and other tools. This position is the link between the business unit operations and the ITS department for enterprise business process improvement.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• 
  Perform business process analysis, design and simulation at the most complex level with responsibility for quality improvement, process improvement and/ or re-engineering
• Understand related system integrations and considers impact in solution designs
• Author/review Conceptual Design Documents / User Stories and test scripts to ensure solution specifications are thorough and clearly define requirements
• Chair Business Process Liaison groups to share knowledge and socialize change
• Coordinate Business process change management
• Evaluate software products’ functionality for application to client’s business processes
• Be the point of contact for complex Incident escalation. Ownership of resolution process including appropriate compliance
• Accurately capture business requirements in order effectively design solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in:

• Order Management and Purchasing processes and systems
• Order Management domain
• Experience in Quotations, Contract Management and Supplier Data

Implementation experience in ERPLN

Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have skills and experience:

• Experience with Infor ERP LN and/or BaaN 5C
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Recognized expertise in Purchasing and Distribution Systems involving ERPLN/Baan ERP
• APICS certification
• EDI
