NTT DATA Services currently seeks a EMC xPression Senior System Analyst - US Remote plus some travel to join our team in Eden Prairie , Minnesota (US-MN) , United States (US) .

Responsibilities

• xDesign:
  • Creating xPression Documents, Microsoft word template (.dotm)
  • Handling Tray Pull and Markers in xDesign, Preview & Publish the xPression document, Handling the common errors that occurs in xDesign, Designing complex documents, Paragraph merging in xDesign content item, Using the UserExit functions
• xAdmin:
  • Creating Categories, Creating Datasource Group & Datasources, Creating Attributes, Import xPression Images & Fonts, Migration (Import & Export) process in xPression
  • Creating Output Profile, Creating Distribution Definition, Output Definition & Stream Definition, Handling Markers, Recipients, Creating Printer Definition, User Exit functions implementation
• xDashboard:
  • Creating xDashboard Job, Monitoring xDashboard Job, Debugging the batch job
    XMLs: Understanding & Creating XML Schema Definition (XSD), Understanding & Creating Data Reading Definition (DRD), Good knowledge on creating & editing an XML
• Develops and works on the xPression and its related technologies, and conversant with Migration of the xPression version
• Collaborate with Senior Advisor / Architect to implement the migration strategy of xPression and related technologies
• Provide and implement the unit testing solutions and support the QA testing
• Takes lead in troubleshooting application systems, performance and environmental concerns.
• Reviews code and mentors the development team on coding standards, design patterns, best practices and advanced technical approaches to improve and stabilize the application environments
• Conducting the knowledge sharing session
• Understands customer lines of business / components

Requirements

• 8+ year's experience
• Experience with Red Hat JBoss with Oracle JDK 1.8 64-bit / Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 7.0
• Experience with Java
• Experience with Websphere
• Hands-on experience on xDesign Rules, Read Rule, Section Rule, Variable Rule, Content Rule, Label Rule, Goto Rule, Table Rule, Universal Content
• Experience with the following:
  • xPression Server
  • Database Server
  • SQL Server 2014/2016
  • Install of xPression Server
  • Deploy the xPression EAR file using the correct procedure for your application server
  • See the xPression Installation Guide for detailed steps for each application server
  • Install the xPression Server using the installation program
  • Detailed instructions in the xPression Installation Guide
  • Compare the new xPression home directory to the backup directory that was created in Back Up Database and Server Files
• Experience in Onshore/Offshore Model execution
