Job: Customer Service and Field Support

DescriptionPrimary Function of Position: Coordinate and provide administrative support on different types of customer training events successfully.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish professional relationships with ISI Training/Sales/Marketing and Finance Team together with external key players, to facilitate event coordination. Carefully manage the different resources at the Training Sites and plan accordingly.
- Ensure all events involving Host Surgeons at the training centers and at hospitals are correctly prepared. Ensure traveling and lodging requirements have been correctly organized.
- Ensure all events are properly recorded and have received appropriate validation in our database, escalating if necessary non-compliant events.
- Use and maintain existing reports, create new ones when necessary. Gather and analyze data from multiple systems to provide reports and metrics.
- Constantly evaluate processes and identify means to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Participate in projects, becoming the Go To Person, representing the team when necessary.
- Decide when a particular situation or a recurrent issue requires escalation. Provide clear, concise and constructive feedback to the appropriate stakeholder and ensure a correct follow up.
- Coach less experienced team members, prepare your absences with an appropriate back up and be ready to support other team member’s responsibilities while absents.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 5 year experience in similar functions (event management)
- Experience and ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and cross-functional groups
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills. Able to smoothly manage multiple tasks.
- Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents through multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Self-starter with ability to take leadership in unstructured environment with the appropriate level of supervision
- Fluent at least in English and another European language
- Experience in MS Office Suite: Excel analysis and pivot tables, PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Working knowledge of CRM systems: SalesForce.com is a plus
- Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP is a plus
- A third language is a plus
- Experience with database applications
- Experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred
- Capability to train others on new processes utilizing different media, phone, web-conference, or in person
- Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology preferred
