Manager, Electric Project Controls, Syracuse

Job Description

To develop strategies and oversee their execution in order to optimise the return on investment from the station and transmission/distribution line assets.

• Identify technical innovation in order to drive change, improve reliability, manage risk and deliver customer satisfaction at optimum cost.
• Make informed, authoritative technical asset plans for maintenance and capital investment in order to improve business performance in the medium (up to five years) and longer term (up to 15 years).
• Work with colleagues to develop project plans and work schedules required to implement asset strategy.
• Prepare rate case documentation relating to certain assets.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

• Ability to communicate verbally with people inside and outside of the organisation.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Significant relevant experience in number of technical roles
