Regional Business Leader – Central Region
RelationEdge is a Platinum Salesforce Implementation Partner
RelationEdge is seeking a Regional Sales Director who will lead and grow RelationEdge’s business process engineering practice in the Central Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the corresponding Delivery Leader to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy is executed. Our Regional Sales Director will lead pre-sales discovery sessions, managing client and partner relations, and develop new business. This role is a combination of duties spanning business process engineering, client and partner relations, and new business development.

Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Generate net new client engagements and relationships created from a series of lead sources such as partners, personal relationships, networking, industry events and organizations, and general business development efforts
- Work with external prospects, internal solution architects, and internal technical architects to develop accurate estimates for professional services engagements, and document statements of work for clients
- Develop, construct, and present RelationEdge proposals to a diverse range of stakeholders, especially C-level executives
Client & Partner Relations
- Establish and foster a good rapport with Salesforce Account Executives and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide value to clients to ensure that RelationEdge continues to be the most referred Salesforce SI Partner
- Manage regional accounts and ensure client success and satisfaction by monitoring project and engagement deliverables
- Create additional opportunities with current clients based on existing services, new offerings, and company initiatives (e.g. Managed Services)
Business Process Engineering
- Lead business process reviews to uncover clients’ business, functional, and technological requirements employing RelationEdge’s Process First, Technology Second® approach
- Guide clients through marketing, sales, service, and operational processes with a consideration of technology application
- Engage customer stakeholders to understand current and future state to define critical success factors
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Design Salesforce roadmaps that complement clients’ re-engineered business processes
- Articulate to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach
- Provide best practices, use case scenarios, and referenceable clients/projects
Require ments
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably within Salesforce.com professional services
- Experience with business process improvement / business process re-engineering with the ability to leverage technology to complement operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with partner account executives and generate new sales opportunities
- Experience developing new business for management consulting firm with a focus on improving clients’ internal processes by leveraging the SFDC platform
- Experience leading business process reviews for a variety of industries
- Ability to run discovery sessions and estimate projects
- Comprehension of complex technical and functional requirements and the ability to translate them into proposals
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or other advanced degree
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
