Universal Music Group is in search of a Domestic A&R Executive to be based in Manila.

About the role:

• Talent scouting – Artists & Songwriters / Music Production team / Video Directors etc
• Repertoire research based on Domestic Dept. head direction
• Oversee and coordinates with Music Professionals regarding Production works
• Liaise with Songwriters & Publishers, recording studios, graphic designers, Music Video directors and more
• Manage Artists production calendar
• Organize and edit Audio and video
• Assist with Artists marketing and promotion

Desirable Traits:

• At least 1 year of related experience
• Experience with Recording/Editing software
• Great network/connection within the local music industry (Artists, Songwriters, Music Production, Video Directors etc.)
• Great knowledge with the local music
• Knowledge with music contracts/licenses
