Key Account Manager Retail Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Position located in Saudi Arabia.

The Role:

The Key Account Manager KSA is responsible for developing the retail in Saudi Arabia. You are based in Riyadh and you build strong relationships with our partners like Extra, Xcite, Virgin, LuLu and (later) Jarir. Working together with marketing, you create strong account plans for our brands and seem they through to these plans. Logitech has not yet reached full potential in this region and for that reason we want a dedicated approach to enable our partners to grow with us. You will grow the brand visibility by improving the instore executions, share of shelf and in house shares.

  • Work together with the GCC+ team in Dubai and the category teams in our HQ in Lausanne, Switzerland.
  • Build strong account plans to (over)achieve the set targets.
  • Increase our in house shares.
  • Create (with marketing) a strong brand presence instore and online.
  • Make sure that you work closely with the distribution partners to ensure that there is no out of stock situation for consumers.
  • You plan your business, products, investments and new product introductions.


Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • You have experience in retail (worked for a brand or for a retailer) in KSA and have a strong network.
  • Analytical skills, you are eager to analyze the sales out and stock reports and come with clear actions.
  • You understand consumer behavior to boost our visibility, brand awareness, findability and retention.
  • We are looking for someone with a “make it happen” mentality.
  • Financial understanding, understanding ROI calculation, margin impacts of your actions.
  • Planning, we sell what we plan based on facts and plans.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Education:

  • Completed higher level education (college or university)
