This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced energetic San Antonio team which is the main hub for our US/LATAM Customer Service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high phone and email service level
• Provide a strong seller experience - giving quick, accurate and friendly service
• Represent and sell our platform and tools to customers
• Build relationships with customers and other teams

Experience & working hours

This is an entry level position and all the training and tools necessary will be provided. Experience in a customer-focused role is a plus.

• Hours may vary, averaging at 40 hours each week
• Must be flexible with working hours, willing to work shifts during evenings and weekends
• Shift patterns – 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm
