The Role

The Tesla Energy team is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join the EU Sales Operations team in Amsterdam. The Sales Operations Specialist is expected to closely collaborate with the Sales team and other business functions to ensure large and/or complex Powerpack / Megapack projects are closed, fulfilled and delivered in time in EMEA region. This role will be involved in assisting process improvements across all products as Tesla Energy continues to develop and expand. As this is a new division within the company, this individual will work cross-functionally to execute and assist in development of the end-to-end sales process, and continue to refine this over time.

Responsibilities :

· Closely collaborate with the Sales teams to continue to develop and streamline the sales pipeline management

· Work with multiple business stakeholders to ensure large and/or complex B2B projects are supported by the business from contract negotiation through final delivery

· Ensure customer has a smooth delivery process: make sure accurate information is available for internal stakeholders, arrange pre-shipment inspections, keep customers informed about shipment dates changes

· Respond to order-related information requests from Sales, Engineering, production and other departments throughout the Energy organization

· Process and generate invoices for assigned Powerpack and Megapack opportunities, collaborating with and supporting relevant departments

· Assist in design, implementation, and execution of key business processes and tools

· Support the development and generation of reports that provide visibility into the program efficiency and effectiveness

· Successfully plan and track shipments from Gigafactory to the local distribution center or to customers

· Assist with special projects and data analysis as needed

· Escalate critical issues to senior management in a timely manner

· Provide reporting to management as required

Required Qualifications:

· BA/BS from a top-tier university

· 2-3 years work experience preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong team-player

· Ability to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused

· Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities

· Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms
