We are looking for top performing AE's to market a high value solution by selling its business impact to executive buyers in an enterprise selling motion. By adding unique new ways for our clients to understand their customers, our solution catalyzes the value of customer data our clients have in their CRM, DMP and other systems of record. We have an enviable list of brands who have been able to unleash their ability to innovate in how they create new products and services, engage, market and retain their customers. We have roles open in the US (New York, NY - Seattle), Europe (London, UK) and Pacific region (Sydney / Melbourne, AU).

Role description

    • We are NOT the right organization for the Account Executive who wears rosy tinted glasses and has happy ears, looking to be an order taker or just waiting for opportunities to drop in their laps
    • We absolutely are the RIGHT organization for the Account Executive who has a hunter DNA, tenacity and grit.
    • The successful VC AE has a "nose for opportunities", enjoys active prospecting at executive level, creative engagement, discovery of where our solution adds compelling value, qualifying hard and driving sales campaigns that lead your prospect through the buying process.
    • We offer uncapped and accelerated comp plans for those who understand the value of that.

Ideal Candidate

    • You have at least 5-7 years of demonstrable experience with a track record, overachieving quota, selling software solutions to executive buyers in fortune 5000 organizations (or the regional equivalent), in enterprise buying cycles.
    • You have a disciplined approach to selling and trained in a sales and qualification methodology
    • You are a hard qualifier, positive thinker with a pervasive "can do" attitude.
    • You are articulate and have a polished, mature and professional demeanour.
    • You embody "customer centricity" in all your customer facing activities.
    • You are intelligent and curious, able to do independent research to identify the right value proposition to present to the right contacts in the right accounts.
    • You are motivated to make a lot of money, but most important, you want to achieve this ethically, on the back of delivering tangible value and superlative experiences to your customers.
    • Direct experience selling community, social, CRM or customer feedback platforms is desirable.
