RESPONSIBILITIES:(a) Revenue Performance and Tactical Strategy:• Develop tactical growth plans (with country commercial team) for capturing new business opportunities, share of wallet from competition. • Compile an annual sales/tactical growth plans for the region, implementing these activities and reporting as needed.• Drive funnel growth – identify new customers or new application with existing customers. Maintain these opportunities accurately within the sales funnel. • Optimize go-to-market strategy (for key OEM customers) for aggressive business expansion.• Create an annual forecast (sales and orders). Ensure forecast is monitored and tracked.(b) Customer and Market:• Expand customer base in each country.• Spend maximum amount of time with customers, understanding their needs, processes & opportunities.• Identify, influence and build relationship with key decision makers. • Use this relationship to improve our position within the defined customer base by both raising awareness and creating additional sales, along with generating the required corporate image across the target market.• Increase our knowledge of competitor position and activities through close contact with the relevant markets and key opinion leaders within. Update this to Asia/global teams. (c) Product Management:• Work closely with product management team for strategy, support and ‘ASK’. Provide feedback relative to customer and market requirements for improvement. • Liaise with Asia Medical Leadership Team and global team for marketing and sales initiative supports.• Collaborate with Asia/Global Marketing team for demand generation or transformative marketing initiatives.• Maintain and continually develop product, market and technical knowledge of existing and new OEM filtration applications. POSITION COMPETENCIES:(a) Knowledge & Key Skills:• Good written and oral communication• Excellent application and product knowledge• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills• Ability to analyze and present commercial, technical and medical information accurately. (b) Essential Qualifications/Education:• Bachelor or Master Degree in Science/Biology/Chemistry or Life Sciences.• At least 15 years of solid sales experiences ideally from within Medical or Life Sciences field.
