As a result of strong growth, we are expanding our team and have an exciting role for a capable Key Account Manager to join our fun, close-knit and agile team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Ultimo.
You will be accountable for managing the business plan and associated growth targets for selected key accounts and hybrid customers through effective development and implementation of account strategies, integrated growth plans and positive client relationship management and effective category development.

  • Build and maintain strong strategic customer relationships to accelerate both current and future growth opportunities.
  • Ensure ACUVUE brand remains leading brand of choice.
  • Pro-actively seek opportunities and develop new initiatives to further drive brand and category growth.
  • Create and ensure effective implementation of business plans to achieve agreed growth targets.
  • Manage forecasting and co-managed marketing activities where relevant.
  • Present business and category performance both internally and externally.
  • Work with other key internal departments to build integrated approaches with key accounts including marketing, professional affairs and new product activation, field force deployment.

The desired requirements for this role include:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in account management – ideally in healthcare or optical industry.
  • Proven success in customer management.
  • Customer and trade knowledge.
  • Knowledge and understanding of company brand strategies, target consumers, category data, consumer buying behaviour.
  • Sound financial management and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, skilled in relationship management and networking cross functionally and externally.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset behaviours.
