Process Team Lead and Process Custodian

Enable critical Planning capabilities through the collaborative design, deployment, and governance of Planning’s Global Template standards. Identify, align, document, and insure compliance with configuration standards for advanced planning tools used for forecasting and end to end supply chain management. Incorporate best practice process capabilities, enhancements, and metrics identified by Plan COE, industry benchmarks, and segment gap assessments. Align with Master Data Management on Plan specific data standards. Demonstrate new solutions, estimate standard benefits, structure business simulation, and act as change champion to ensure process adoption. Ensure As-Is and To-Be process flows and transactions are mapped and conform to a standard reference architecture. Ensure documentation, testing and delivery follow SDLC Agile delivery methodology. Support preparation and delivery of project deployment testing, training, and work instructions. Define Plan process roles and ensure global alignment for security and controls administration. Support issue resolution, process adoption, and value realization during and after project business ramp-up.

Global Deployment Manager Planning (m/f/d)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Ongoing Governance

Lead advanced planning systems design council review and approval for Enterprise critical Planning template configuration standards. Champion required change requests through the intake and priorization process. Ensure changes to planning business processes are coordinated with Enterprise Master Data, Source team and other process owners and backward integrated to ERP systems. Actively participate in Enterprise COE capability governance teams.

Implementation Engagement

Identify and drive team project deliverables, resource allocations, and prioritizations. Own or drive as necessary project team deliverables: process maps, RACI, user stories, design, business simulation, training, and business ramp-up support. Drive process alignment and change acceptance with the enterprise, segment, and site leads.


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related Associates Degree with Forecasting Certification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning/manufacturing/logistics roles within Supply Chain required.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain technologies and end-to-end business process is required.
  • Completed a full life cycle Advanced Planning System implementation with SAP or other ERP Systems for the relevant process area in the life sciences industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in an FDA regulated environment with an emphasis on Validation & Compliance of systems and processes is preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple franchises and sectors within J&J is preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery is required. Strong people management and development skills are required.
  • Strong analytical skills are required. Strong communication skills are required.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required. Experience authoring functional specifications and translating those requirements to the technical team is preferred. Experience developing test scripts and test plans is preferred.
  • Demonstrated effectively working remotely with business partners, in a highly matrixed environment across the globe is required. Proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to results is required. Change leadership expertise is required. Process re-engineering experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred. Strong leadership skills are required.
  • Professional Certification (i.e. C.P.M. or CPIM or CSCP) is preferred. Six Sigma Black and/or Green Belt is preferred. Number of employees managed in team 1-2 plus extended teams on projects
