Splunk Developer (d/f/m)

German speaking position

Location: Munich

Permanent position, full time

The role is for an AIA Splunk Dveloper (d/f/m) position to be based in Munich, Germany. This role is to drive solution design, build and test activities independently.

We are looking for Senior Developers (5 years with Splunk) and Developers (ca. 2 years with Splunk).

Summary of required experience:

• Splunk Architecture (Forwarders, Indexers, Configuration, clustered environment)
• Splunk concepts - Summary Index, Data Model, Data Life-cycle
• Data Statistical concepts

• Understanding requirements, participating in creating/ proposing solutions.
• Work on designing & developing scalable Splunk dashboards by correlating events across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range of environments.
• Provide technical support and assistance to Splunk users as appropriate.
• Interact with diverse audiences to convey complex issues to in an easily understandable and actionable way.
• Self-starter able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority.
• Prior experience of working in agile/scrum delivery teams.

• Telecom domain knowledge
• Log data of Web Portal, CRM, Middleware
• Predictive Analytics
• Extensive exposure in Client facing roles
• Experience in multi located teams across geographies and cultures
• Functional and User Acceptance Test participation and support
• Working experience with Data warehouse development and test support
