Role Overview

This position supports the Commercial Aftermarket Services Sales & Sales Operations organizations, responsible for the reporting of sales activity and performance metrics, as well as the design, maintenance and improvement of our CRM solution. This role will support a variety of special projects and the facilitation of processes, tools and standard work to improve the effectiveness of sales and customer support efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and reporting of sales pipeline, sales opportunities, and performance metrics
  • Communicate status of sales pipeline across several organizations at all levels of management
  • Identify and conduct targeted analyses to identify gaps in reporting and lead efforts to improve sales reporting and pipeline maintenance
  • Be the subject matter expert for CRM reporting and data integrity. Assist key stakeholder groups in using the system to have transparency into their business through custom views and dashboards.
  • Partner with the Digital Technology team to provide day to day execution and development of existing CRM solution including customizations (plugins, workflows, web services, entity-relationship management and reports)
  • Support CRM system integration testing, releases, and maintenance
  • Comfort and speed with intermediate to complex data collection, analysis, and reporting in Excel
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail
  • Driven by results; finds a way to get things done and embraces challenges with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities including handling several projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned projects, handle ambiguity and independently drive for results
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with CRM systems for data reporting (MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools including but not limited to Tableau, SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience / Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a business to business marketing and/or sales environment
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role
  • Aerospace or Industrial industry experience
  • Experience with Dynamics or SalesForce
  • Proficiency with Tableau
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Programming experience
  • CRM experience
