Description
The Global Aggregate Spend Reporting Team (GASRT) serves as the main point-of-contact for customers regarding their global payment transparency reporting needs. This includes the production of reports, management of the reporting system, audit requests and internal staff communications and training. The Aggregate Spend Reporting Team also ensures compliance with all global aggregate spend regulations.
The Global Aggregate Spend Reporting Team within Project Leadership is seeking an Aggregate Spend Analyst to join team.
The global team is now expanding to encompass more international requirements and needs a strong Aggregate Spend Analyst to work on data monitoring/reconciliation, data quality, and data integration efforts. The remit interfaces with many cross-functional areas within IQVIA both and across a broad external customer spectrum.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work on global customer accounts reconciling and reporting data
• Point-of-contact for customer questions
• Monitor data accuracy and investigate root causes for issues
• Reconciliation of current manual process to new AggSpend Reporting Tool output
• Reconcile historical customer data
• Work on global customer accounts reconciling and reporting data
• Intense excel work for comparisons
• Prepare/provide dataset and reconciliation points to Internal Audit for their review (IA auditing the migration prior to Go-Live approval)
• Ad-hoc as needed
