Application Support Engineer

Job Description

The Support Analyst will be responsible for production support, database analysis and reporting. Ideal candidates will have an aptitude for problem solving and enjoy analyzing situations from multiple dimensions to create the most efficient and effective solution for both the company and our clients.

Job Description:

• Analyze data to support clients global trade supply chain operations
• Implement, configure and test solutions for global trade management
• Communicate with clients to provide excellent customer service
• Work as part of an international team of software analysts

Job Requirements:

• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently when required with minimal supervision, while at the same time fully participating in the team environment
• Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to make well thought out logical decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, or related analytical fields
• Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Awareness of programming concepts and database usage

Preferred:

• Microsoft SQL Server experience
• C# / .NET Framework coding experience
• Experience working with cloud based solutions
