DescriptionEssential Job Functions: (Describe the primary tasks, duties and responsibilities Main duties: Drives warehouse and distribution operational excellence (60%)- Daily management and monitoring of warehouse operations in local distribution center in Singaporeand Malaysia.- Run weekly performance meeting with Logistics Service Providers, including deviation managements(root cause, retention actions and sustainable measures).- Manage Customer Logistical including value added services requirements, balancing between cost toserve and fulfilling customer requirements.- Conduct regular audit on warehouse and distribution processes, ensuring Danaher Compliance andCode of Business Conduct requirement and Customer requirements are met.- Collaborate with Central of Competence (CoC) to implement standard warehouse and distributionprocesses.- Liaise with multiple parties such as Business Unit, Quality Assurance, Customer Service and LogisticsService Providers to manage customer complaints including returns.- Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers to carry out Lean/FMEA for process improvement and costsavings.- Management of warehouse block stocks including product where shelf life has expired, inventory withquality issue and damage inventory.- Manage the inventory cycle count process including customer consignment stocks aligning to Danaherpolicy.- Co-ordinate scrapping activities as per schedule complying Danaher scrapping guidelines. Reporting and Controlling (20%)- On time monthly reporting of logistical performance and cost, highlighting deviations, root cause andmeasures.- Submit monthly inventory scorecard report on timely basis, out of the results of inventory cycle count activities in the warehouse, summarizing reasons for variances and actions.- Perform invoice verification for services provided by Logistics Service Provider based on contractedlogistics service catalogue (Service Level Agreement) Key User (20%)- SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MM (Material Management) Key User for SEAincluding 1st level key user support, management of IT requirements, testing, enabling/training anddocumentations.- Drives standardization of warehouse and distribution standard operation procedures in SEA.- Partner for Central of Competence (CoC) to implement process improvements and cost savingsinitiatives, and other ad hoc support required. E.g. data inquiry.Position Competencies Results Orientated, self-motivated and dedicated to drive operations success/excellence and costimprovement. High proficiency of communication and collaboration skills.Other Requirements (include culture, fit and values) Knowledge in Lean Logistics or Lean Warehousing is preferred. Experienced working in Excel Power Pivot or Power BI or equivalent data analytics tool.
Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. More than 5 years of experiences in Third Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse operations and distributionmanagement. Experienced operating with a Third-Party Logistics in a Free Trade Zone or Bonded Warehouse inMalaysia is preferred. More than 3 years of experiences operating in SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MM(Material Management).
