Description

We are looking for a colleague to join our team as an Artios CAD Software Support Engineer located in Ludlow, MA or Dayton, OH.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily support of our customers with Esko’s Packaging design products such as Artios & Enterprise CAD, Studio and Cape. Including:

• Remote troubleshooting of system and application problems

• Installation and configuration of software applications

• Co-operate and follow-up with our R&D teams

• Assist and advise users with their software workflows

• Create and maintain documentation such as frequently asked questions and knowledge base content

Job Requirements
Qualifications
You have:• Hands on experience with Esko ArtiosCAD or experience as a packaging structural designer• Hands on experience with: -Windows 7,10, Server -Networking, services and installations -SQL Database• Good communication skills, both verbal and written• Excellent organization and follow-up skills• Proactiveness and a self-starter• Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter• Ability to work in a virtual team
