Senior Fraud Product Analyst – Pune, India

Better requires process discipline and simplification

Utilizing our systems, as well as reviewing records from public and private databases, we’ll be looking to you to demonstrate your experience with online risk mitigation, building and managing policy frameworks, process re-engineering, and process documentation. You’ll be comfortable escalating certain cases to leadership and business partners for review, and happy to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization. In this role, you will manage fraud product requirements, define and document business and operational processes, audit system changes, support governance, and fraud operations. You will own the risk product roadmap execution/delivery and help us accelerate our growth into new markets. You’ll evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes

To excel in this role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, and 6 plus years of product or governance work experience. Experience in online fraud risk mitigation & proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team. You are passionate and knowledgeable about risk and payments with strong technical level understanding. Experience within Data analysis or shaping Data Systems/Products along with Business process re-engineering is a plus.
