Senior Recruiter - Shenzhen

Job Description

In this role, you'll continue to build Lime's hardware, software, and research efforts in our 80-person Shenzhen office. You'll join a small, fast-paced people team (right now 3 team members in Shenzhen) and work closely with our China GM and other key stakeholders as we work to deliver the highest-quality micromobility vehicles around the globe.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking, research and inbound flow
• Build a pipeline of strong engineering candidates for Lime's research and development, hardware, and software efforts
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand open positions and team needs, and guide hiring managers to good decisions
• Build job descriptions and offer packages based on position and compensation requirements
• Salary negotiation and closing of all candidates
• Post, maintain and track job listings
• Schedule and support to arrange interviews as needed
