CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Clinical Support Specialist will:

• Receive advanced electrophysiology training and learn all aspects of BWI’s systems and cathetes.
• Provide clinical and technical assistance/support to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians, etc.
• Have flexibility in terms of work schedule.
• Establish and share best practices with clinical/technical colleagues to develop and grow beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses, technicians and others.
• Remain current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices, technical troubleshooting and relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
• Collaborate with the team and clients in innovative projects using BWI software, systems and products.
• Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-pressured, stressful environment, maintain composure and focus whilst problem solving in stressful situations.
• Perform all trainings (clinical or non-clinical) required by J&J.
• Ensuring personal and company compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned to him/her as required.

Qualifications

• Clinical or Biomedical Education (Cardiac physiologist/Biomedical Engineer preferred).
• Previous professional experience (clinical and/or commercial) are valued.
• Expert with all Microsoft tools.
• Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
• The ideal candidate should have great organization skills, be a team player but also able to work independently and take ownership and responsibility.
